Comments: Billy cleaned my fireplace, opened the flue which was stuck & checked the chimney. I've never had a gas fireplace before and he provided me with the info I needed. The fee was very reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Comments: The tech was very pleasant. There was quite a bit of blow back of soot into my den and onto the rug. The area wasn't protected by the drop cloth enough to prevent my having to clean my rug and to be wiping soot from the floor, tv, furniture and couch for a couple of days. I realize it's difficult to keep soot from flying, but I think the company should train tech's thoroughly enough so they'll know what a mess it will create.

Comments: The contractor that worked in worked on cleaning out my chimney sweep and replace the cap on my roof/chimney, was very communicative, and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. And he was very timely and friendly. I would use them again, I would recommend him to my friends. His name was Billy Little, and I really liked him alot.
